Purchasing Tickets

  • Shopping tickets are only available for purchase on our website or at the door. No tickets are available for purchase at Randalls. 
  • Tickets must be purchased for children 10 years old and older to enter. 
  • There is free admission (no shopping ticket required!) on Saturday 11/5 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday 11/6 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Receiving Your Shopping Tickets 

  • Event tickets purchased through our website, apart from Preview Party wristbands, are immediately sent to your provided email after purchase. 
  • If you do not see it in your Inbox, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
  • When entering your event, simply show the QR code on your smartphone or print your tickets at home to bring with you to the event.


Picking Up Preview Party Wristbands

Preview Party tickets purchased after October 21 must be picked up at the Palmer Events Center Box Office the week of The Sale. These tickets are in the form of wristbands and cannot be delivered digitally. 


Our top priority is the health and safety of our shoppers, volunteers and staff. As The Sale approaches, we are monitoring public health orders and recommendations.
