Parking

Parking is available for $8 at the Palmer Events Center (PEC) garage upon garage entry. The PEC charges $8 per vehicle and both cash and card payments are accepted. In the past, we have been able to offer free parking to our shoppers but we are unfortunately unable to offer this option this year. Please note that traffic during peak hours may lead to long lines when entering the garage. Alternative transportation such as carpooling, ridesharing, taxi, etc. can help to minimize traffic.

A close alternative parking option is the One Texas Center garage (click here for more information) Please note this is also paid. 

 

Purchasing Tickets

Shopping tickets are available on our website or at the door (no tickets are available for purchase at Randalls). Event tickets purchased through our website, apart from Preview Party wristbands, are immediately sent to your provided email after purchase. If you do not see it in your Inbox, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.

Children 10 years old and older must purchase a ticket to enter.

Box Office Hours:

Monday 11/1/21–10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Tuesday 11/2/21–10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday 11/3/21–10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Thursday 11/4/21–CLOSED

Friday 11/5/21–8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 11/6/21–8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

When entering your event, simply show the QR code on your smartphone or print your tickets at home to bring with you to the event.

There is free admission (no shopping ticket required!) on Saturday 11/6 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 11/7 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

 

Picking Up Preview Party Wristbands

Preview Party tickets purchased after October 21 must be picked up at the Palmer Events Center Box Office the week of The Sale. These tickets are in the form of wristbands and cannot be delivered digitally.

Box Office Hours:

Tuesday 11/2/21–10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday 11/3/21–10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

COVID-19 Requirements

Masks are required to be worn over the nose and mouth at The 46th Annual Garage & Estate Sale regardless of vaccination status. Please monitor our website at or the most up-to-date COVID-19 event protocols prior to attending The Sale. (updated 11/1/21)
