Purchasing Tickets
- Shopping tickets are only available on our website or at the door.
- Tickets purchased through our website, apart from Preview Party tickets, are immediately sent to your provided email after purchase.
- If you do not see it in your Inbox, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
- Children 10 years old and older must purchase a ticket to enter.
- When you arrive, simply show the QR code on your smartphone or print your tickets at home to show at the door.
There is free admission (no shopping ticket required!) on Saturday, November 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Picking Up Preview Party Wristbands
Preview Party tickets purchased after October 21 must be picked up at the Palmer Events Center Box Office the week of The Sale. These tickets cannot be delivered digitally.
