The Settlement Home for Children is located on ten acres in north Austin. Our campus is rich in history and provides a tranquil atmosphere for children to heal and grow.

- Provides 27 beds for girls between the ages of 7 and 17, who are in need of 24-hour therapeutic care at the Specialized or Intense level.
- On-campus schooling available.
- 1:4 staff to child ratio
- Highly structured program and a well-trained and educated staff.
- Girls can move through our continuum of care from Residential Treatment Center to our Therapeutic Group Homes.
- For 24 girls ages 7 to 17, who are at the Moderate or Specialized level.
- Group home provides a more typical family setting and the opportunity to attend public school or our on-campus school.
- 1:6 staff to child ratio
- Group homes provide a transition to either a foster home or Independent Living.

- Serves boys and girls ages birth to 18.
- We provide safe, nurturing, healing families.
- We serve children at the Basic, Moderate or Specialized level.

- Foster parents often decide to adopt the children they are fostering when parental rights are terminated.
- Some families come to us with the intent to foster-adopt.
- We provide "forever families" through foster adopt families.
- We facilitate adoptions for children in the foster care system.
- We match families and children; helping them find a permanent home.
