Preparing young adults for successful independence
The Supervised Independent Living (SIL) Program provides 11 efficiency apartments for young adults 18-21 who are not quite prepared to live on their own and choose to remain in the custody of Child Protective Services through an extended foster care agreement. The residents receive case management and therapy and build independent skills.
“I grew up and feel successful, able to maintain employment, budgeting, independent living skills and healthy relationships.” – former resident of Supervised Independent Living
