Upcoming Foster & Adoption Orientations

Have you ever thought about fostering or adopting a child? Do you have questions about the process? We invite you to join us for an informational orientation about foster and adoption.

At The Settlement Home, we believe that every child deserves a home. Foster and adoptive parents have the ability to change the life of a child who has experienced abuse or neglect in their short life. The Foster & Adoption Program at The Settlement Home holds bi-monthly orientations that are open to the public. At the orientation, you will meet our staff, learn about the process of foster and adoption, and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Join us for one of these upcoming orientations:

  • Tuesday, March 12 – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Williamson Family Campus, 1607 Colony Creek Dr.
  • Tuesday, March 26 – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Williamson Family Campus, 1607 Colony Creek Dr.
  • Tuesday, April 16 – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Williamson Family Campus, 1607 Colony Creek Dr.
  • Tuesday, April 30– 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Williamson Family Campus, 1607 Colony Creek Dr.

Please RSVP to Megan at maveryzellner@settlementhome.org or call (512) 832-1252.

If you are interested in opening your heart and home to a child or sibling group, we encourage you to educate yourself about the process. We provide trainings, resources and on-going support for our families. You are never alone.
