Calling all volunteers! We need your help making this year’s Charity Garage Sale a success!
We need groups and individuals to lend a hand and help us move merchandise to Palmer Events Center (PEC), as well as set up for the Garage Sale.
Below is a list of volunteer dates and times.
Location: The Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Road
Saturday, Oct. 29, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. -Unload boxes from trucks/ set up tables and display items
Sunday, Oct. 30-9 a.m.-5 p.m.-Unpack merchandise and help with set-up.
Monday, Oct. 31, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.-Unpack, set-up. Lunch provided.
Tuesday, Nov. 1, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.-Unpack, set-up. Lunch provided.
Wed., Nov. 2, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.- Unpack, set-up. Lunch provided.
Thur., Nov. 3, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.- Help where needed. No lunch provided today.
Sale Days: The Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Road
Saturday, Nov. 5, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.- Help where needed at the sale.
Sunday, Nov. 6– 9 a.m.-5 p.m.- Help until the end of sale (or until clean up is complete)
