The Collectibles Department at the Garage Sale has to be one of the most unique places and the team of ladies who run and organize the department are top notch.  So when I happened to see some interesting sewing items, I had to stop and ask about it.

This assortment includes a historic threadholder which dates to the 1880’s.  Similar ones have sold for $200.  There are also large, old thread spools, pincushions and an embroidery hook clamp.
