Knitting fever is catching on at The Settlement Home.

The Knitting Club, established by one of our therapists, has been meeting weekly for months. The girls learn how to knit and work on a variety of projects, such as blankets and scarves. Club members look forward to working on special pieces and showing off their skills. Seasoned knitters also show new club members how to knit, creating a supportive, relaxed atmosphere. Creating knitting masterpieces is not only fun, it’s also therapeutic.
